NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP may be the quickest and easiest way to a better you.

Why? Because you don’t have to think about it. Probably the number one challenge with positive thinking is – YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT! Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a science/therapy that may change your bad habits or enforce your good habits usually by linking some kind of physical change to it.

To understand it – think of the crowd at a sporting event. Do they all arrive there happy and psyched? Probably not. But, the more cheering, jeering, jumping, and shouting that goes on, the more each person becomes emotionally involved. This is the way Neuro-Linguistic Programming works – but on a personal level.

Simple Motivational Exercise

Try this simple exercise I learned from Tony Robbins. (It’s Amazing!)
  1. Stand
  2. Bring your hands together in front of you. Kind of like you’re praying.
  3. Now sharply spread your arms apart as quickly as possible - all the way out.
  4. Do it again.
  5. And again.
How do you feel?

Incredible, isn’t it? Aren’t you psyched? Isn’t your adrenaline flowing a bit. This is just a tidbit of what it can do. Do the exercise again. It’s not just the mind being excited that causes the body to jump to action. The body acting excited causes the mind to become energized. WHAT A CONCEPT!

Anytime I am not completely motivated, tired, or just can’t seem to muster up the energy to continue – this simple exercise immediately brings me to the level I need to be. I’m getting psyched just thinking about it.

It is true that your mind is powerful and has amazing control over your body. But the opposite is also true. Your mind responds very sharply to your body. Let this knowledge begin to work wonders for you. Become a student of NLP and you will have amazing results.
